In just two years, Natalie at Lagoon Baby has become a resource and one-stop shop for cloth diapering parents across Canada. Funky Fluff has been there almost from the start, watching as Natalie’s Maple Ridge, BC-based business and family grow!
“Lagoon Baby” is named after Lost Lagoon, an area of the world-famous Stanley Park in Vancouver, BC. When her first son was 6 months old, Natalie and her husband moved to Maple Ridge, where they now live and she runs her online boutique. Since launching, Lagoon Baby has grown to carry a wide variety of cloth diaper brands, Tula baby carriers, Aden & Anais muslin blankets and goodies for Moms. Natalie’s family has expanded as well, with their second son being born earlier this year.
With teal and lime as the headliner in her Funky Fluff stash, Natalie is cloth diapering two little boys so she definitely knows the terrain. She loves the fit, versatility, absorbency and style that Funky Fluff offers her family and her customers.
Natalie focuses most of her energy on customer service: she provides one-on-one, personalized support for the products she carries and works to ship quickly (within 1-2 business days). Her reward program allows customers to earn Lagoon Dollars towards future purchases: one point per dollar spent, so one Funky Fluff Stay-Dry earns you 21!
Natalie is a cloth diaper fanatic and a total animal lover. Her passion for pets doesn’t end with her dog, Lola: she has a library of guide books on all sorts of creatures, and even likes to go “bug-hunting” with her toddler. If you’re heading over to Natalie’s for movie night, do not bring Marley & Me or any other movie where the pet perishes. (If you need to check, you can always consult DoesTheDogDie.com… who knew that was a thing?)
